This weekend we stayed overnight in a little town called Codford - about 30 minutes south of Stonehenge. A friend of Brendan's from school invited us to stay with his family. They have 3 kids - ages 6(girl), 4(boy) and 2(girl) so it worked out great. The kids played really nicely together and wore each other out! Murray and his wife, Catherine, were wonderful hosts - cooked up a storm including a delicious Thai Curry that I am going to try to recreate tonight and a wonderful English Breakfast complete with bacon, sausages, eggs, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms, toast and tea. Everything was soooo delicious!! It was so nice to get a break. Even when we go on vacation I don't get a break - always thinking about the next meal/nap etc. It was great to have someone else think about the food! Thank you so much to the McLeod-Jones family. Let us return the favor sometime soon!
