A Walk in the Marina

 It's been a rough past week and I thought that we all could use some time out of the house.  We went for a walk down by the Potomac, saw some boats, watched an osprey, played on the rocks and relaxed.  It was hot but the kids had a good time - mostly - and the adults got some fresh air which was good for everyone.
