Aidan's cookie project

 Aidan had a math extra credit project for school and it involved baking - my favorite!  He had to chose a recipe, double and halve it and then bake it and bring in the cookies to share.  We had to document the process and make a poster from the pictures.  Baking AND photography??  This was made for us!
He decided to make lemon snowballs cookies - a recipe that I created last year.  They're super easy and sooooo good!  He said that everyone loved them!
