So Declan changed schools today! He had his first day of full time preschool at the same school as Emmy and Aoife. He even got to go on the bus and come home on the bus. We did a dry run at the bus stop yesterday and it didn't go so well. I was a little nervous about this morning but he did great and got on the bus no problem. It did help that Aoife grabbed him by the hand and dragged him on without giving him a chance to think twice.
I did drive and meet the bus at the school since he had some stuff for naptime that he had to bring. It was fun to see him put everything into his locker and put his lunch on the cart. He didn't even turn around to say goodbye - just marched right into class! He came off of the bus so happy that afternoon and has been happy every morning since!
