Emmy's legs after a few games and a few weeks of practice - mind that she wears both shin and thigh pads to all practices and games!! They all sit around and compare bruises in our house - it really looks like they all are beat daily!

 

YHS vs Madison

Yorktown took on Madison tonight at home - and the streak continues. Madison is a great team and we just can't seem to figure out how to beat them! Yorktown played well - but not well enough for a W. Keep at it girls!!

 

Oyster Shells

 I've been making decoupaged oyster shells for a while now and since they were covering the house, I've been selling them at a local shop! They are very popular and have been selling quickly!!

Senior Lax Moms

 We got our Senior Lax Moms t-shirts just in time for today's game! Adorable!! :)

Women's Empowerment Brunch

 We attended a Women's Empowerment Brunch for work today at a cute place in DC! It's nice to step out of the grind of work every once and a while!!

A quiet morning

 There aren't a lot of mornings these days where I get to sit with a quiet house and a cup of tea! I'll take them when they come!

Potomac vs St Peter and Paul

Potomac took down St Peter and Paul at home this week and Aidan's shoulder has healed up enough that he could play! So much fun watching him take and face off - a little bit different skill than goalie!!

 

All League for Aidan!

 Aidan won the MAC at 190lbs and received All League Honors!! Great job!!!

YHS vs Battlefield

The big rematch from last year's State final game! Last year Yorktown cam out on top and this year Battlefield brought their A game and took home the W. It was a great game and fun to play against some friends from Capital!

Villanova Camp

 Emmy and Aoife went up to Villanova for the prospect day on Campus! They had a great time and even got to hang out with Anna Strauss - a teammate from Stars and Capital! 

Aidan's Spring Break Trip

 Aidan is in Jupiter, FL with Ella's family for the week! I'm getting some photos updates but it looks like they are having a great time!!!

Cold Spring!!

Who would have thought that we would STILL be wearing heavy winter coats in the middle of March!!!  I'm so ready for Spring!

 

Life with Kit

 Kit is the best - a snuggly addition to our family who LOVES the printer and can lose his mind with the appearance of a cardinal at the bird feeder!
