Capital 2027 Blue at Lax for the Cure

Lax for the Cure this year was so much fun - and 10 times less hot than last year!! This is one of my favorite tournaments each year - the hotel that we stay at is Emmy's favorite because of the delicious breakfast and it was so sad to not have her with us this year. Aoife and I had a great time and had a really yummy dinner at an Italian restaurant in Princeton. So much fun!!

 

Capital 2027 at Champions Cup

 The girls played great this weekend! Can't believe we are already halfway through the travel season - definitely the best part of the year. Getting to spend time with the kids on the road is so fun - making memories!!! 

Declan's Last Day of 6th Grade

 Congratulations Declan for making it all the way to the last day of 6th grade!! Everyone else has been out of school for weeks but Declan has kept truckin' and made it through the finish line!! Next year he will start at the Potomac School for his first year as a Panther!!!

Beach Week and Emmy's Birthday

This week I had the best time chaperoning SR Beach week with Emmy and her friends! I went down to the beach for the second half of the week and by the time I got there they were pretty tired and partied out! We had two amazing beach days and got to celebrate Emmy's 18th birthday on the last night. So lucky to be able to spend time with these amazing girls!!

 

Emmy's Graduation

 I can't believe that graduation is finally here! There have been so many fun events leading up to today and the day did not disappoint! It was a beautiful day with so many gorgeous girls celebrating incredible achievements! We are so proud of Emmy and all that she has accomplished both at Yorktown and in her final two years at Stone Ridge. She is so ready to head off to Holy Cross in the fall!!

We werd so lucky to have Mimi and Tom and Gramma and Daddy Jim with us today! We also celebrated afterwards with Katie Marks and her family at King St Oyster Bar. A fantastic day!!

Emmy's Graduation Party

We celebrated Emmy's graduation this evening at our house with tacos and cake and lots of Stone Ridge girls!! Everyone had a great time and I am going to have to sleep for at least a week to recover!

 

Senior Sunrise at the Monuments

Senior Sunrise 2.0! This morning was a lot different than Senior Sunrise in August. First of all- it was a lot earlier but the energy was so much higher as well! I think the girls were excited for Senior Year in August but they knew that there were going to be a lot of challenges over the course of the next 10 months. Now all of that has disappeared!! They made it and they are all into fabulous colleges and so excited to head out and start a new adventure in a few months!
