Weekend Away

This weekend we went to a cottage in the Forest of Dean with our neighbors Jo and David and their son Callum who is in Aidan's class. It's right on the border between England and Wales. It was so much fun. I didn't get any pictures of the cottage itself but here is a link to the website. Staying in rental houses with another family is such a perfect way for us to vacation. For about the same cost as a hotel you get so much more room AND a kitchen to cook in so you end up saving tons of money by not eating out every meal.
There was a jungle gym out back and the boys had a fabulous time climbing and jumping. You know a place is really child friendly when they've spent the money to put in something like that!
