Chocolate Drip Cake

I've taken a few weeks off but I had an order that I couldn't refuse - also was kind of sad to not eat it all myself!!

Ganche Cake

I made this cake for my friend's mother's 70th birthday!  It was chocolate inside with cherry filling and chocolate ganache drizzled over pink buttercream!  It turned out sooooo great!  I hadn't done a ganache drip cake before but it was pretty easy and came out so great!!
