Mojo Box Lacrosse

Emmy and Aoife got to play on the same team for the first time in a long while tonight!  Aoife was super psyched about it - Emmy, not so much!  It was so hot and the girls were so tough.  Emmy made some really great saves and Aoife played really well and held her own against the bigger girls!!

Mojo Championship game

Mojo didn't come out on top today sadly.  They had an amazing season and played so hard all the way to the end.  It just wasn't meant to be today! Great job girls!

Mojo vs. Chantilly

Mojo beat Chantilly today and are going to the Championship game tomorrow!

Division Champs!!

Today Mojo beat Ft. Hunt 12-7 in the 3/4 Division Championship game!!  Emmy used her new goalie stick and made 2 amazing saves in the first half that allowed Mojo to be up 3 points at the half!  It was a HOT and very windy day and the girls played like nothing was bothering them at all!  What a tough team - so proud of these fighters!  They've worked hard all year and came from the bottom of the division to win!  I love a Cinderella story!!  After the game, we got to spend the afternoon at Springfield Country Club.  It was the perfect end to a fantastic weekend!!
