White Christmas at TPAC

 On Saturday we went in to Nashville to see White Christmas at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.  Brendan got tickets from a woman at work and it was such a generous gift!  The kids had a great time!!  I was a little nervous because we were sitting in the middle of a LONG row but they sat for the entire time and were fascinated with the performance!  Even Declan was great and slept the entire time!!!  We went out to dinner afterwards and on the way back to the car we saw the TV show Nashville being filmed.  It was really cool!

Barsanti Thanksgiving

 On Friday we went to Barsanti to celebrate Thanksgiving with Aidan and Emmy.  Unfortunately they don't have lunch at the same time so we spent about 3 hours at the school but we had fun and the kids were really happy to have us there.  Aoife had a blast as well - she's really looking forward to being in the big school next year!!

Aoife's Fall Festival

 Gramma came back into town yesterday and was able to go to Aoife's school with me on Thursday to celebrate their Fall Festival.  Really we just went in to eat snack with the class which was the Stone Soup that they made in class.  It was actually really good and packed full of healthy veggies!  We stayed with Aoife in class afterwards and played legos with her.  She is so much fun and getting so big.  It's hard to believe that she will be in PreK next year!!

Declan at 7 Weeks

 Declan is 7 weeks and he is growing into such a happy little baby!  He's actually not that little - I would guess he's around 13 pounds and getting bigger every day!!  He's sleeping great and enjoys spending time with his brother and sisters.  Their favorite thing to do is to get him to smile and laugh at them!

Declan at 6 weeks

 Daddy came home early today - while it was still light out!!  He works so much and hasn't been home before 7:30 at night since he started this job in July.  Declan is really starting to smile a lot and respond more and more to voices.  He laughs when he's tickled and thinks it's crazy when you play peek-a-boo!  He will watch me walk around the room and follows my voice.  It's amazing to watch the progression even though we've done this three times before.  It's just something that never loses it's magic!!

At the Park

 It's so nice to have a park at the end of the street.  It's on the way home from school and it's a great way to blow off a little steam after school!

Mimi's Visit

 Mimi came to visit last week.  It was great to have another set of hands - I'm so spoiled having my parents AND Mary come to help out!  Back to reality on Monday!  We visited Brendan at work and went to the school to have lunch with Aidan and Emmy.  So much fun!!
