Aoife's First Tooth Loss!

Aoife lost her first tooth today!!  The tooth behind it had come in a few weeks ago and it finally pushed the baby tooth out enough to pull!  She was very nervous beforehand but VERY happy afterwards!!

Summer!!!

So there's a funny story about this new slide!  At the beginning of last summer, we were using our old slide and it ripped - beyond repair!  I got on my phone and ordered a new one from Amazon but accidentally sent it to Brendan in Afghanistan!  It sat there for nearly a year and he brought it home with him in February.  It is super fun and I wish that we'd had it last summer!!

More Baseball!

Here are some more pictures of Aidan playing baseball!  There are also some of Aidan's friend, Billy, at bat and how much the baby birds have grown in just a few days!!

Baseball

Aidan has been playing Little League for the past 2 months but I haven't really posted anything about it!  Last year I was very concerned about getting pictures up for Brendan to see but this year I have been pretty lazy (busy!!).  Here are some shots from a game the other night - Aidan is playing catcher!  I also took some shots of his friends at short and pitcher.

Declan passes the time in the stroller with various toys!

A baby robin nest that we found at the field - so cute!!!

Lucas Arts' Festival

Tonight we went to the kids' school for the Arts Festival.  Really it was the school play and before that they grades did some routines that they had learned in gym class.  They were actually pretty impressive and several minutes long!  Emmy's grade did some dancing and calisthenics to various songs and Aidan's grade did  coordinated jumping over huge stretchy bands to various songs.  They all seemed like they were having a blast!!
