Happy New Year 2025!!

Happy New Year!! This morning I got up for the first sunrise of 2025. It was a beautiful muted and calm sunrise  - but definitely cold!! 2025 is going to be a big year - excited for a lot of changes!!

 

NYE 2024

Happy New Years Eve!! We were all out at different events this year but I managed to get a photo from everyone! Cheers to an awesome 2024 and an even better 2025!

Potomac GBB - Florida Update

 I love that Aoife's basketball coach posts instagram updates throughout the day!! It feels like I am there with them! 

An awesome trip to Florida! Going 3-0 and winning the tournament - AND getting to spend a day at Universal - sounds like a successful business trip to me! Go Panthers!

Potomac Basketball to Florida!

 Aoife and the Potomac Varsity Basketball Team headed down to Florida today to play in the KSA Holiday Basketball Tournament. They won their first game!! Game two tomorrow!!

Merry Christmas 2024!!

 Merry Christmas!!! I know that I probably say this every year but today was the best Christmas ever! The kids woke up around 8:00 and I spent some time before they got up just relaxing with the cat in front of the tree. We opened presents and had so much fun. The most wanted gifts of the year this year were - Aidan - rock climbing harness, Emmy - Shark hairdryer, Aoife - Northface jacket and Declan - VR headset.

We had a big turkey dinner and Tony and my parents joined us in celebrating. We are so lucky to all be able to spend time together. It's been such a great winter break so far and it's so nice to have everyone under one roof again! <3

Christmas Eve!

Merry Christmas Eve!! We just spent the day hanging around, wrapping presents and cooking for Christmas Day. We all went down to Alexandria to see my parents for Christmas eve dinner and had out traditional Chinese food for dinner. It was really nice to just relax! I'm so glad that I got all of the wrapping done earlier in the day because after we came home we opened out Christmas pajamas, legos for the kids and watched a Christmas movie all together in front of the fire!
