Jones Point Park

Today we went with some friends to Jones Point Park in Alexandria.  I had never heard of it before and it turned out to be a great find!  There were two play areas, lots of paved areas for biking, scootering etc, a trail through the woods to an old lighthouse and areas to picnic - tables and open areas - and, the most important thing, clean bathrooms!!  It was a hot day and there is a lot of shaded area under the highway that is paved.  The kids had a great time playing and running around!
