Last weekend we went to a local winery with some friends and enjoyed a free concert in the vineyard. It was a great time and even the weather cooperated - I think it was only in the 90's instead of the 100's! The kids were great. They enjoyed the music and eating outside which is always a favorite activity!

So how does wine from the local winery taste?? Seems so funny how every state has wineries. VA has the worst wine!! Looks like the concert fun!
The wine is OK - they don't make much from grapes - mostly strawberries, blackberries etc. I think they import the majority of their wine making grapes from CA. We actually didn't drink though - too much going on!!
